    Hi Shoe Gal

Was curious about the man situation so checked out your diary.

Have you tried your washing machine since it broke? Agree with Hollyberry, it might be temporary. My machine leaked earlier this year, but hasn't leaked since. Figured maybe I'd put too much in it or too much soap or something. Maybe try it again, with something old that you don't care too much about?

I tried ignoring it when it did the same thing last weekend! have not had to admit defeat!

    Hey Shoegal

    Boo for your washing machine!

I'm glad you are feeling more positive.

Just to reiterate the wise words from Hollyberry and Sarah, you are not old, fat and unattractive. And any guy who doesn't see that, doesn't deserve to have it. It sounds trite but it is so true.

Your plan sounds fun although slim fast sounds scary - you have my biggest respect for trying that one out.

    Good luck with it all!

I hope you have a great week ahead and return to your goddess state of mind asap.
I've got my own flat :j:j

Hi Shoe Gal... I've finally got to the end of the diary. It's been a great read with lots of great advice.

I know you're not feeling too great right now but I hope you start to feel better soon. And please don't say you're fat and unattractive, I am horrified you feel like that  It is not true! You are F Fabulous and don't you ever forget it! :A

    More information please:

Did you go out to lunch somewhere or did you just end up in break room at same time?

    Did other people accompany you?

    Any other relevant details?

Did he say how the date went? Are you sure he just wants to be friends or are you trying to avoid getting your hopes up?
