Be nice to sell the other properties in order to release the equity. Would that make mortgage no. 3 a lot less then?

Finally I have lost some weight 2lbs which means 2 stone lost :T

Onto the next stone, wondering with exercise could I lose this before hols in Sept

Played around with mortgage calculators think we could just about get the other mortgage but that would mean we would be spending £2100/month on mortgages, so that's that dream squished for a while

BF had a viewing yesterday and they put in an offer there and then of £110K which BF accepted (not 100% sure that he was aware of what he has done :))

They need to sell theirs but they are haggling over an offer they have received and someone else is supposed to be putting an offer in today

So we will just have to wait and see..............

Plus he has another viewing tonight

No movement on mine, not even a sniff since I dropped the price

Only excitment I had today was scales weighed 2lb less so that's 30lbs lost which is 50% of my goal

Well done on the weight loss Radish.
I'm trying to do something about that too!
Mine still isn't on the market - the agents are being slow to say the least at getting the details to me for approval.
Hope you get some bites soon!

That's great your BF has had an offer on his property. Let's hope it all goes through.

Yes that was a great day for me also :rotfl:. Well done :)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
