Yay! That's great news. Go and look at lots of house p*rn yourself. It may feel like a self-indulgent waste of time, but actually if you spend plenty of time on RM before you're actually proceedable, then when the time comes to look in earnest, you have sorted things out in your own mind so you have a much clearer idea of what you're looking for. And for couples it's even more important because you can discuss how you each feel about the houses you're looking at, and come to a consensus of what's important to you both.

    Yippeee :j:j:j:j:j, great news :j:j:j:j:j
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Thank you for all your best wishes

So far I have stalked my own house on RM waiting for the little STC to appear on the corner which it has :)

Sorted solicitors which means tonight I have a lots of paperwork to read through/sign so it can be dropped off tomorrow

Buyers :) want to view again next week, so need to tidy again and panic that they are going to change their minds

Haven't looked on house p0rn sites as we still can't decide where to live, but I think we have a good idea what type of house we would like

And basically have a little panic attack every time the phone rings in case its bad news

And BF has confirmed he will sort out under his stairs so I can move in there :T

OMG what a pain of 2 weeks I seem to have gone through, didn't think selling would be this stressful :)

2nd viewing, 7 people came round, wondering if that is a world record

Then have had lots of grief from the buyers parents!!!! to the point I nearly told the buyers to get lost, but deep breaths were in order

House price now agreed again at £5K lower than original offer but have got them to agree that this price is not subject to survey

Finally feel today that things are starting to move forward, request from their solicitors happening

Bonus was that we had 4 days in Cornwall at a beer festival so that has kept me laughing, apart from friends trying to convince me Sunday morning that I had rung the EA and agreed a new price of 50p :rotfl:
