Thursday night BF had a viewing on his house
Friday night they came round for a 2nd viewing, BF house is apparently their favorite
Saturday................will just have to wait and see what happens
(They have already sold their house and want to be settled before Christmas)
Last night we looked on Rightmove at rented accomadation :rotfl:
My next door neighbours have put their house on the market at a very low price so I'm now paranoid that my buyers will go and buy theirs instead (it has a conservatory)Mortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0

Ohhhhh, good luck for BF.
Rats to neighbours!!!!!! How very dare they!(They've probably priced it low as they have bad neighbours :rotfl:)A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
