Hope the viewers come back with an improved offer and your estate agent is on the ball chasing them up.

No improved offer on BF's house, so guess that's it, unless they need to save up some more money before they can up the offer :)

:mad:Spent what seems like hours trying to find cheaper car insurance with no luck so rang current car insurance and got a whole £25 off next years bill

Had a weekend at home (the first one in 2 months) but decided to chill out instead of doing lots of housework/gardening. Managed to finally file a huge pile of paperwork, slightly dismayed as there was a free cinema ticket that had expired.

Accidently fell into McD's yesterday after the cinema, so not great for weigh loss, need to start upping the exercise I think and spent an exciting morning looking at sheds. What an exciting weekend :rotfl:

Sorry offer hasnt gone up on BFs house , keeping fingers crossed for you both. What did you see at the cinema? :)

And at least you didn't accidentally buy a house as others have done :o

We're hoping to see the new transformers film this week but 3D tickets are sooo expensive. Think we will go on Wednesday when it's BOGOF!

    Another week nearly over

9 weeks to holidays, gave BF another £100 towards cost as he has now paid the full amount, but can't remember the total cost so I still don't no how much more to give him

Made an OP towards mortgage so now I'm a stroppy 13 year old as its £13989

Had a "chat" with BF about trying to get a mortgage for our together house so then we would have 3 of the little devils  to pay and need hopefully only an 10% deposit for the new house (which would have to come out of emergency fund and some serious saving up)

    Then either
    rent the other two out,
rent 1 out keep 1 up for sale
    keep both up for sale

I have dropped £5K off the price of mine so see if that gets anymore viewings and hopefully an offer

Car/Cat now has shiny new cam belt and other pieces done, so need to remember I have put this on the credit card plus think I will order a new shed today, then all the stuff can go back in the shed and not be scattered around house as house looks a bit of a mess :)

That we need to make an appointment with the bank to see if they will loan us the money

But I don't think I could cope with the thought of 3 mortgages as it would be

    1@£14K
    1@£36K
new one at @£225K  ish if we got the type of house we want

Guessing they would count the other mortgages as debt
