    Hi Debrag

Well Experian is Credit Expert. If your name and address on the submitted form matches that held by Experian, and all the debts on the credit report are also entered on the form (there may well be other liabilities not known by Experian), and declared surplus income/asset values/total liabilities are within the DRO limits then I can't see why there should be a problem.

    Please keep us informed...

nothing to do with DRO, could a moderator please delete this??

They have, now if you remove your quote, no one need know it ever existed, but why the mods don’t do that when they remove spam, I don’t know.:)
They claim their labours are to build a heaven, yet their heaven is populated with horrors. Perhaps the world is not made, perhaps nothing is made?

how do I get information on my CC's if I don't have an up-to-date statement? My file on checkmyfile has my banks (no names though) and Capital One but not BOS.

Is Bank Of Scotland MBNA or HFC?

    Just a quick question...

You know to qualify you need to have less than £50 of disposable income each month? And if your circumstances change they can ask you to may the debt back?

I am currently on benefits because of illness, what if 6 months into the DRO, I get better and can get a job, my income will probably go up a couple of hundred pounds, therefore I will have over the £50 limit, will I have to start repaying the debt? Or is it just if I come into quite a bit of money, say if I won the lottery or something? (I wish!)

I still haven't been able to get through to CCCS to set mine up so I am going to do as others have suggested and do it with Baines and Ernst, I know I qualify for one so if they try any funny business i'll put them in their place ;) I just want it set up now so I can stop worrying about it.

Can you not just ring them and ask? Don't engage in any conversation about the debt or anything, just ask for a balance. I did this recently with Next, she tried transferring me to another department but I just told her I wanted a balance and I wasn't going to talk to them about the money I owe so they might as well just give me what I need, so she did :D
