Hi, right, well he got stuff through from CCCS:beer:

Just one question he has (sorry he has no internet connection) is, what it is exactly he needs to get from experian and why is this?

    Hi Want2bfree84

The reason to ask for a copy of a persons credit report is to check that no debts have been forgotten about that may have to be included in the DRO, and to check that the balances of the debts total less than the £15000 limit.

    Regards

Get a lawyer involved, explain everything, and they'll be able to advise you properly. It'll cost you, but you may be avoiding the better part of 14 grand, so it's probably worth it. No one here will be able to help you with that sort of situation without more facts, and I doubt you want to publish them here! Good luck, I hope it goes well!

He has another question, I hope you don't mind helping. He has declared all his income (Which is only incapacity benefits) and hasn't said anything about child benefit/child tax credit as this goes into his wifes account for the children...I assume that's ok? His wife hardly had a penny either, but she's luckily not in personal debt.
    STARTED WITH £11,153 TOTAL DEBT
    NOW HAVE £7389.81:beer:

    DEALING WITH MY DEBT!

On the phone I was told I could correct items and send back but nothing says that in the info I've3 just received (2 day postal strike!!!)

Did you or your intermediary check your application details against your Experian report before submitting?
