well I paid my fee on friday and I'm STILL trying to get through to someone at B&E to finish everything off.

theres only 2 people putting the orders through at b&e did they give you there direct phone number?

I've tried both many times, just sent them an email and will be called back tomorrow at 9am

Your debt is to the council and they should be being written to by the DRO Unit.

Suggest you phone them to ask that the debt be recalled from the bailiffs immediately. They can check on the IS website even if they have not heard from the DRO Unit yet.

Hope you put enough on the balance figure to cover the entire debt including bailiff fees.

so finally do it, just wating for letters etc now. Not sure she knew exactly what she was doing.

ive paid my fee this morning. I think i was lucky with the phone yesterday debrag struggling to get through now.
