Debt Relief Orders (DRO) - Information & help thread

ive just remembered....i read on a few posts that they didnt have to give the phones back wen they put the bill on the dro....and im sure orville said he didnt....so just get new sims...:):)

LMAO! Did u think we were at home? Its our multi tasking going wrong. I think it'll probably be the best thing all round, I've just got 2 make sure Sams still got a phone as I'm so reliant on him (poor beggar) I've got until the 25th until his bill come thru & I'm hoping that I'll have heard from NDL by then & if not just keep trying 2 get thru 2 the DRO team. I 4got 2 say it wasn't the DRO team I spoke 2 2day it was the general 1st port advisor, so perhaps thats why the mix up over what 2 put in the letters.

Yep, I did. I'm gonna try again 2moro 2 speak 2 DRO team, double check regarding final totals & see about puttin the phones on, but I'd have 2 get a total outstanding on buying out of the contracts 1st.....................If i'm thinking rightly x

Oh, I'll double check that then. I've got over 12mths left on each contract so I just thought the debt would be the cost of buying out of the contract, its a good job I've got this board so I can make sure I do things the right way

im sure my computer knows ive had a dro cuz i keep getting adverts flashing up saying hows ur credit rating....well i can answer that...crap....then i get another one saying apply 4 credit card even iff u have a poor credit rating....lol
