Right - had breakfast - feeling a little better - still low though, but I will go and wake up DH (yes he's still snoozing upstairs  ok granted he was up as late as me, but whilst mine was Roo kicking his was because he was playing on the 360 MEN!) and tell him how I'm feeling today and change the days plans a little and just play it by ear for the rest of the day
Then I'm having a shower and washing my hair

Thanks lilmiss and Mrstine.
My OH was told what you just said Mrstine when he went to a letting agent Thursday. Thing is we dont have anyone who could be our guarantor. So we're left with the private landlord option, where do i find them? Ive looked in the local paper and most just rent out rooms instead of the whole flat. The few that do let out the whole place the flats dont look to nice to live in!Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750 -

mariagti - they are around... I've seen some in places as odd as tesco's notice board - but often they will also be listed in your local property paper in the rent section
They DO exist!
Some landlords who rent through agencies are willing to allow people with bad credit if they put down a larger deposit - I don't know if that's an option for you? Worth asking though - I know some of the landlords we had on our books had left notes to that effect so we knew to call them if a credit check came back as poor we'd notify the landlord anyway and ask them if they'd be willing to accept the tenant with a deposit of £x and 2 or 3 references...
If you don't ask you don't getBut always ask before you start viewing to save your time and the agents time... they can also always stick you on the books incase something comes up

You will probably just have to keep looking hun, maybe ask around at your work etc see if anyone knows any good landlords or maybe put a post on the house renting board here asking for good landlords near you? I would. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0

Right feeling a little more positive now - have had a shower and a cuddle with DH, who amazingly managed to make me laugh in bed earlier when we were having a cuddle
Something utterly silly but had me in stitches!
So... still a little down but getting there... slowly...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!
