Hi all,

Maria - you never know, you could hit lucky and be offered a new build. There's a whole new estate round the corner from us and half of it has been bought by the council as noone's buying them. I think this is bound to happen in a lot of areas.

All this talk of houses is making me think. I have a fair bit saved up now so it's just a case of getting myself through college and finding a job, so then I can get a mortgage! Which sounds easier than it actually is (getting through college/finding a job, I mean) :S Sigh.

CL you can do it just think positively and don;t look at it as a whole so it seems larger than it is.

Ok... if you list a game on Ebay and take a picture that shows the game cartridge, the box AND the instruction manual - you'd kinda assume that those things are included in the auction right?
Apparently not I just got asked if I was selling it WITH the box and instruction manual... (not that I have ever sold a game without but hey hum )

I tend to put with box and manual as some people are a little dumb like your potential buyer
