erm, me too so much for my plans of 3 days in a row....I hung on for ages - lunchtime in pub on diet cokes was fine & then was busy for ages & driving but eventually I caved in to "peer pressure" & ended up having loads, & I mean LOADS. Got extremely upset with OH & was about to tell him why & realised I no longer knew, !!!!!!. My face is really hot today & no doubt bright red, not a good look. AF today for certain. Feel very sheepish all round. Baaaaaaaaaaaa.

Morning Winebox.....This made me smile to myself, although its really not funny..I have been there so many times.....or have told him why and then not been able to remember what I said in the morning.
This still happens sometimes now, but now I know its just my age:D

WB, I so get that! So many times I've been ready to lay into OH, been practising the lines I wanna floor him with, walk into the room and think f*** and walk out again :rotfl: no it's not funny but it is in hindsight!

WBF, I was so with you this morning, I woke up feeling like carp at 6am, couldn't get up cos I'd wake everyone else so I slunk into the kitchen and chucked a couple of tablets down my neck and went back to bed and logged on and caught up with the thread on my phone. I logged on and typed a great long message and then my phone lost it signal and I couldn't send it :mad: I ended up dosing off then feeling like I'd been hit by a bus at 8.30am :rolleyes:, didn't want to set the alarm but wanted to catch the binmen that come at a ridiculous hour.

I will NOT be drinking today, I can't, I'm ill, got all sorts of pains going on, numb arms and look like utter poo, plus I've noticed on a few occasions that I've woke up in the middle of the night with a pounding heart, like it's gonna burst out of my chest!!

Oh fantastic, DD1's just walked in, apparently OH has left his cashpoint card out for me to get her some money to go shopping for her birthday. It's great that he has put some money away to get her something, BUT she's going out in 20 minutes and needs it before she goes!! Looks like I better drag my sorry backside up, get dressed and get down the cashpoint huh?

Righto peeps! Time for some positiveness!!

Whilst driving down to the cashpoint earlier and listening to Elbow, whilst a great band it can be a bit too mellow, I was feeling very down and upset with myself. Then I thought to myself, why the hell do I constantly make myself feel so ill and miserable, even though I feel like death warmed up at the moment, I'm going to let myself feel some positive thoughts and hopefully that will follow through to this evening :rolleyes:

So, positive vibes and thoughts please people. Thank you to you all for your support and good wishes by the way, I don't say it enough :A dunno why you're not all fed up with me yet lol :rotfl:
