winebox 10 2Quick hi to all.....feeling ready for an AFD today! Lovely start to the day - out with the dog walking past lambs & calves & horses in their respective fields, no cars at all so all very quiet & peaceful. Wish it was always like that! Feel OK despite humungus amount of wine & being still awake past 1am & awake again before 5 (why does the dawn chorus start so long before...dawn?! - noisy wotsits). Good luck everyone for today, esp Jo at the dentist.
Ready for an AFD here too. Although was awake from 4am for some reason, coffee's getting me through so far and had a lovely sunny cycle to work today with hardly any traffic and no fuzzy head (stubbornness won yesterday am glad to say). Hope everybody else is ok today (Jo, I have been meaning to go to the dentist for 6 years!).
I have done some mathematical analysis on our AFDs and Miss Piggy has her nose in front with 44% of her target achieved, and that's without today's update. Extra nosebag for you Miss P!
HS...nothing to see here...0 -
We are going to Hickorydickorydocks
Local play area.....was intending to do my own 'princess party at home' but backed out at last minute when I considered 12 four year olds running round my house:eek: I know from experience this is a very stressful thing to do......so ive handed it over to the professionals
Hoping to be AFD today but depends how I feel after this afternoons frivolities

Hi All,
AFD for me yesterday although had tonnes of things going round in my head so got hardly any sleep. Having felt like it since the last binge - but need to be on my guard.
The mortgage thing went OK. Managed to spread this months missed payment over the next 12 and changed my payment date to the last day of the mont (payday) which gives me a bit of an emergency fund - I'll put in a savings account
Appointment with the CBT counsellor went OK. Only think is can't see them again until 3 weeks time. And want to avoid being off work - feeling guilty!! Also, they so I may be referred to the Alcohol Advisory Service but they have a huge waiting list. Still at least I'm doing stuff about it.
Want to go alcohol free for the rest of the month (my life if I'm honest) now
