I am one of the exercisers sadly but its only because needs really really must I cannot and will not put on another load of weight by slowing the drinking down like I did with the fags.

Made it through last night, so up to 3/31 for me, please NTC. Aiming for another one today but it will be tricky as out for a meal. But will be strong so I can still exceed my target by one and get a jumpy.

Felt absolutely shattered and tired last night. But I am sleeping through the nights again, so that's good.

Out to enjoy the sunshine in a bit.

well i took another test and negative my body doesnt know whats going on..although i had this with both my boys some postives some negatives ..got to wait till 27th for docs appointment and thats the first available ..wont be taking anything expect folic acid till then
