    I'm sorry :o:o:p:D

Choklit's good for you, it's got milk in it which you need for your calcium intake ;)

And dont forget the beans - one of your five a day.

Jo I think you are right - fill the time with something productiv, get organised, read a book, paint your toe nails - or just flop - even if its just sleep its got to be good for you hasnt it.:D

I had a nice long shower - usually grab a quick one in the morning cos I feel so rubbish and scared even a couple of glasses of wine will make my skin smell of wine at work (IYKWIM.)

DS is being a pain in the derierre /sp. Rhymes with farce.

Stay strong people - the more AFD's we have the more the scores on the doors will need updated xx

Herbal tea for me - seem to be drinking tonnes of it.

I think (hope) you are right about the weight loss thing - I use to be able to shift up and down between a stone - all my life - now reached 40 - my up stone hasnt' gone 'down' again - its a bit annoying to say the least - specially at my height - it looks like about 4 stone. x

2 AF for me please ntc.

I'm loving the inspirational messages in the mornings. I feel so virtuous the morning after and everything's fine until just before 6. Then the disappointment sets in until supper's on the table. I quite enjoy water with my meal but am finding it increasingly hard to relax and chat to OH after as I don't have that lovely mellow feeling.

Holby was really difficult tonight. I was dreading the Chrissy in the bar bit as soon as Donna mentioned it, but Lyndon pouring two big glasses of red and he didn't even drink his! What a waste!!!

I'm definitely going to try some of those forgetting pills but I'm trying hard to keep away from choccy, fizzy pop, biccys and anything else fattening.

Good luck to everyone! Keep the faith!

    Morning all!

My word, its busy on here lately! Just quickly came on and its taken me ten minutes to catch up!

Well done everyone on resisting those wine bells. Fay, Jo in my experience children drive you to drink a LOT!:rotfl:

NTC - 3 for me please!

Anyway, best get one. The one day I have to be up and out early and little boy is still snoring away! Best go and stomp about upstairs a bit!

    Catch up later!

Morning, should't be on here, should be getting ready for work and getting the kids ready. Plus like you Miss P, today I have DD1 coming with me as she and her classmates were making a film yesterday and she's got all the equipment so I said I drop her at the school, but she's just woke up and it takes an hour to straighten her hair.....I gotta leave by 7.40

    Best go

    Morning everyone :D

I leapt out of bed this morning half an hour earlier because I was so chuffed at having achieved my first AF night last night :j

I am thinking too of the calories I saved so hopefully I will have a good weight loss this month.

I am cautiously optimistic about being AF tonight too. Tomorrow I will wait and see  , then it's the weekend so I will be drinking as I am cutting down in the week and just drinking less at weekends :D So far though - I am dead chuffed

Good luck today everyone xx :T :T

Well done everyone who got their first AF Day in!:T

Well yesterday was No. 3 AF and today will be too. The bells ring for me but are quieter than they were before and I can ignore the wine bells tolling easier. I feel that Feb helped me progress more emotionally. January I found very difficult indeed and now my 3rd month feels a little easier.

Jo and Fay well done to you to for how much you have done:T
WB - I can't imagine how hard it is with that stress and coping without the mellow temptation of alcohol - but you are doing it!
BB - you're doing very well well done and thanks for the hugs
TRC - good tip to keep yourself busy - works a treat
Miss P - how are you? Good I hope and well done on 3 AFD
Fluffy and Stroppy - well done on your first AFD!
Lurkio and Ester - hope things get better for you soon
Ophelia - welcome and thanks for your posts
NTC - What can I say, apart from thanks for the scoring it makes me smile!
MP - Such an inspiration and it's your anniversary soon!
Maman - Hi! Hang in there sweetie!

If I've missed anyone, Hi and keep on going one day at a time.

See you all later, I'm off to sort the car out today after the crash.
