Today was never in much doubt, especially after I'd been to the gym...twice :D

Went at lunch time to do some weights, then again after work for cardio.

    Never done that before

    G'night

AF for me today, please ntc.

I heard a few bells ring earlier but ignored them. I'd have really enjoyed a drink but I'm one of these people who either have to drink or not. I can't do just one glass so having AF days suits me. After having a week off I've got to push myself to jump back on the wagon but I will!!

Good luck everyone, keep at it!

Probably a stupid question, but do you guys count an alcohol free day if you have had an “alcohol free” beer or wine?

The reason I ask is most AF alternative’s I’ve tried have between 0.05% and 0.5% alcohol when you read the small print!

I know the lower end of this spectrum is next to nothing, and never going to give you any sort of buzz, but I was wondering if there’s a percentage limit to constitute it being called alcohol free? How do people who are T-Total view these kinds of drinks?

fell at the first hurdle so whilst im dissapointed it wasnt a bottle of wine..just a small stumpy beer which is 1.5 units not good but could have been worse..what do you all do when you want a glass/beer ..also i have found this tip helps me if i pop to the pub..which is a rare but when you get in order a soft drink (squash is cheeper than coke) as you tend to drink your first drink a lot faster than normal xx

    hi noynoy

Some folks drink AF beer - as I don't drink beer - then I can't comment but I did get a few in for over the holidays - so as far as I know it tastes similar/same - some of the others will know better

Just forget about yesterday and think good things about today and well done that it wasn't a whole bottle of wine!! Progress, so you should feel that you did good even if you didn't do AF.

Everyone seems to have rediscovered their favourite soft drinks - watch out cos this might start them off - xx
