Quiet day today. We are going to try and get some energy into my very listless teenage step-daughter. Apparently she's not like it at home. Trying to get Daddys attention methinks!
Hope you all have good Sundays

Morning everyone,
Budgie - glad to hear you're having a wonderful weekend with your son.
Fedup - hope you're feeling better today.
8/15 AF days so far - target 16. When I set the 16 day target is seemed really high, but actually it's only half of the month which means the other half I'm still drinking. Think I'll try to shift the balance a bit by reducing by "allowed" days from Thurs-Sat to Fri-Sat.
The great news is that I have been 100% hangover-free for 1 month now! So even on the drinking days it's a sensible amount - 2 glasses of wine max.
This forum really has changed my life for the better. xxxxx0 -

Morning all,
Enjoy yourself NTC, behave yourself too:rotfl:
TRC, that game sounds great, thou it would cause a rift between me and OH as we're so competitative
Miss P, We have the same problem here with our DD1, Friday evening I went in to her room at 8pm and she was asleep and didn't wake up till gone 1pm on Sat!! I've told her that we need to sort out a regular routine now cos it's spiralling, so regular bedtime and regular (give or take ONE hour) wake up time, depending on day etc... Then I've told her she needs to crack a smile once in a while as her face might stick!!! Though, that's all out the window this morning as she's still asleep as she went out with a new boyfriend last nght for valentines, s'pose I'll let her off this time!
FUAS, I hope you're feeling a bit better today, sorry to hear you're feeling so rough
BB, glad to hear you're enjoying time with your DS, here's the rest of us on here moaning bout our kids and you actually enjoy spending time with them :rotfl: :rotfl: hopefully that time will come for us all!!
It's half term this coming week so I'm planning a week of housework and (maybe) decorating (YM, if you're reading, no I've still not done the bathroom, how many months is that???!). DD2 has just got over chicken pox but DS got it yesterday and has it twice as bad, absolutely covered from head to toe in spots, kinda glad as he's not gonna miss school, but not great for him for his week off!
I'm still on whatever day I said I was on (5??), not really counting as such. I'm doing a big AF push from tomorrow as I've found that previously I've had a good run of AF days when I'm not at work and my routine has been changed, don't have to drive home and listen to the beer bell...so tomorrow I shall be making a conservative effort to get a few days in this week. Gonna load up with choklit and ice creams on sticks ready!!

echo the hope that everyone's Ok...
today's thought:
If we were able to address the drink in our hands and ask ourselves why we are doing it, would we be able to honestly answer?

Listening to the cricket on the 'net. We seem to be doing well - makes a change
Had a busy weekend, done a lot around the house and tidied the garage as well. I get a bit lazy and just throw stuff into it, then keep throwing stuff in, then turn around and think how did it get so messy, and have to have a mammoth session sorting it out. Anyway it looks a lot better now:T .
Have a good week everyone. Keep up the good work

Hi all!
Hope you're all ok. WB can you update me please - had a couple of drinkies last night (Val's day and Hubby's birthday), but didn't go overboard, which was good.
Now on 12 out of 15. Gonna try and do a dry run for the rest of Feb!
Thanks
