Afternoon everyone,
Just a quickie 'cos I'm at work. Hope everyone's doing ok. Another AF for me yesterday, that makes five on the trot, a previously unheard of occurrence.
I've got a busy weekend ahead, footy tomorrow and dinner at my DD's on Sunday, so lots of temptation. And of course it's Friday, so everyone at my house will be expecting the drink to flow at my place tonight. To be honest, I don't even know if I fancy a drink now, having gone all week without any.0 -

GP - well done on the weightloss again. I'm glad you know what I mean about the thirsty dreams.
I'm going to be drinking again tonight, sigh. So still only 13/23 Lurkio please. I need to fit in some more AF days soonish.
Also well done to the people that had hard days and still resisted!
I hope everyone else is having a good Friday.:AHOUSE MOVE FUND £16,000/ £19,000

Hope everyone's ok and having a more exciting evening than me! Will be on 21/23 at the end of today, no intention to imbibe this evening. Had my first few pints of the year yesterday and very nice they were too. Still aiming for 28/31 tho' I feel my resolve weakening (serves me right for being smug a week or so ago)...I need a metaphorical bum kick! Wish I liked soft drinks more but really only have tea or water when the booze isn't running in my veins. I did try the alcohol free Becks which wasn't at all bad, but it felt a bit like eating soya mince or vegetarian sausages or drinking decaff coffee: somehow a bit wrong (no offence at all intended to those who like 'em, purely a personal feeling).

Only 1 week left until the end of the month. Come on people, AFJ targets can be hit!!
So many people think 'nearly made it, I deserve a drink' or 'almost there, I have proved to myself that I can stop drinking if I want' and then go out and drink in quantity just before the end of their target. Please son't let that happen to you. Stay strong, don't let your fabulous efforts go to waste :T0 -
