It shouldn't be too unachievable at all... the going out is based on £20 a night for each night I don't have the girls, but in reality I don't spend that much or go out each night, so should easily save there.. and the misc is based on £20 a week.. again.. rarely spend that.. plus I've got my cab expenses to come... so yea.. so hopefully hit that and then someprophecy_grrl wrote: »I'm sure you'll meet your target of £300 by 31 Jan IA - if anyone can do it you can!

I know you've said you want to spend £3k on a car but tbh, you needn't. Honest!
DH went and got my car 1.5 years ago from the auctions and it's been brill-an X Reg 206 and was owrth nearly double that. I've only had to change a few things on it-normal car upkeep. If you need help, just ask as DH would be glad to assist Im sure.

you sound very organised (as always
) and I think you have an excellent plan in place.
From what bit I know about cars, I would recommend something German (VW perhaps) or Japanese (Honda).
