Afternoon.. phew.. what a week or so. Things are slowly getting better with the friend who hurt me. One step at a time and all that but we're talking again now and talking through it. Feeling better already but taking it a day at a time. It'll all work out in the end. :)
Needless to say the money's gone a bit awry over the weekend.. Going to do another budget. Also have 2 cab courses this month which are costing me £190 in extra nursery fees  Off to birmingham tomorrow for one of them, a housing course. :) Really enjoying CAB at the minute. Currently learning how to calculate means tested benefits by hand... totally in my element lol!!
Hope everyone is well. I will post up my budget, I promise! lol Have just been keeping myself busy because of everything.

Can your CAB not pick up part of your extra nursery fees as a one off?
    Worth asking.

Nope, we're only a small bureau considering the size of the area we cover.

Ah well. Must think of it as an investment.. lol!
Feeling a bit down today.. had a girlie mate over last night and we had a proper long girlie chat and put the world to rights.. she said some stuff that made me think though hence the downness today.. one of them was..

  • Right... it's about time I did that budget! lol! Have been saying I was going to do it for days! There's a couple of unexpected bills that have to be taken into account so really should've done it by now! lol
    Anyway.. I digress... lol

    Income
    £161.27 - In bank
    £14.16 - In purse
    £86 - tc 16th
    £60.50 - IS 19th
    £33.20 - cb 20th
    £86 - tc 23rd
    £60.50 - IS 26th
    £33.20 - CB 27th
    £86 - tc 30th
£48.96 - CAB expenses to come.
    = £669.79

    182 - Feb bills
    60 - Food
    20 - petrol
    12 - band

190 - nursery fees for CAB course
    = £710

overbudget by £40.21....hmmmmm.. b*gger. I won't mention the £250ish that's on my credit card too... Well for a start the social budget can come down. As well as the food so...

    Revised Outgoings
    6 - Jan bills
    182 - Feb bills
    40 - Food
    20 - petrol
    12 - band
    100 - social
    120 - SG
190 - nursery fees for CAB course
    = £670

There we go.. overbudget by 21p... lol. Needless to say Jan has been a rough month and has been reflected in the spending on the credit card. Also the CAB course nursery fees have totally !!!!!!ed me up this month. £190 for 3 extra days!!! shocking really. Oh well. The budget for the rest of the month is going to have to be strict. No biggy. Will get the credit card cleared again next month and get back on track with the car. :)

Hope everyone is well. I'm getting there slowly. Have been talking to the aforementioned friend and stuff is slowly getting into perspective and I'm getting on with it, and feeling better for it. CAB is getting really good and am really enjoying it. :) The girls are both cool and just wonderful. I really shouldn't complain about life right now. I've got so much to be thankful for. Really have.
