We have just signed up as an existing customer to Broadband and Skytalk and asked to review the TV package.

Asked to downgrade to the minimum as not using package enough to justify the cost and they offered half price so took it.

It was really as simple as that

Makes me wonder why they can't just decrease it for everyone by a bit :rolleyes:

I'm with you there, PBT ~ chipping away at the weight is just the same as PAD, isn't it? We're starting off with something large, and gradually making small dents into a very large difference! It doesn't all have to be done in one go ~ it's the little daily efforts that make all the difference.

I'm also very grateful for this thread ~ go us!!! :j
