Morning all. I'm a bit fragile this morning as I drank far too much last night but it did give me the courage to look at the bank accounts. It's not looking quite as bad as I thought but still not as good as I would have liked - and I'm not paid until end of January!!
Anyway I spent ages trying to pay some money into the overdraft but A&L wouldn't let me do it - it kept on telling me to try later. I vaguely remember phoning up the telephone banking and speaking to a human operator but for the life of me I can't remember what it was about. So I'll have to go back online again in a wee while and see if anything has changed in the account.
I'll come back later when I'm feeling more normal and update on my payments today.Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts - DFW Nerd 323

Hello everyone..I'd like to join this thread again please. Last year I managed to pay off my barclaycard (£208) and £65 extra to my HFC loan. I'm going to update my sig to have a total for this year. My PAD's are still going towards paying the HFC loan off.
I am really skint at the mo and was considering not paying until payday but s*d it i'm going to pay £1 a day no matter what!! So off to pay £2 for today and yesterday then update my sig

well the BT cheque is now banked as is all the change from my change jar, MBNA also only took a £25 payment instead of £50?
so i'll stick the other £25 on egg for now.
I've rounded up my payment to suit the day £70.02 paid to egg today woohoo!that felt good.:jTotal Debt 10/5/2009, £2189.10, 1/6/09 £1420.75
1/7/09 £1661.66, after 2 holidays 1/9/09 £1725.36
1/11/09 £1188.890 -
Finally, I've managed to make a payment to the overdraft of £150. I ended up having to set up a standing order though as it wouldn't let me make a one-off payment. I'm waiting for A&L to ring me back to try and help resolve the one-off payment situation though as this is what I'll use for my pad.
I'm not over impressed with A&L to be honest but until I get my £100 for opening the account I'll be perservering with them.
After 2 croissants and [STRIKE]2 [/STRIKE]3 cups of tea I'm feeling a lot more able to face the world.
Have a great day everyone.Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts - DFW Nerd 323
