  • Evening everyone!I'm feeling a bit poorly again as I now have glue ear (presume it's spelt as it sounds!)in the same ear that has an infection and perforated eardrum-it's a bit poo!lol.Plus my 2 yr old has a cold and it's the first time she's been fully aware of it if that makes sense? She keeps running to me saying nose nose  so lots of huggles at the mo.Spare huggles to those of you that need them too ;)
My pad today is 30p.I sold my old mobile on ebay last night and I'm doing a car boot early tomorr morn (I must be crackers with the way I'm feeling!) and I was hoping to add it to my pad's but I think I need it to stay afloat and help pay some bills as it's my hubbys 30th birthday nxt friday and I'm throwing him a party as his requested pressie.Should be really fun as we rarely get to socialise and can go 6 months without even been able to go to the pub or cinema as we just can't afford it.I just hope I feel better and don't get sick with my dd cold!
Well done Gilly for paying off 2 credit cards, thats amazing :T

You could open or use an unused online account (if that makes sense), don't forget to go through quidco! and put your parents money in their as part of your PAD. You could either give it to your parents when it reaches a certain sum, say £100, or save up and pay them off in full.

  • Well my car was collected yesterday (the faulty one I sold on ebay). I got £1273.00, I paid the garage £120 for a bill when they recovered me after I broke down plus a bit extra because they didn't charge for storage, then I kept £10 for 2 car washes today and the rest (bar the £3.00) has been paid into the bank and now paid off Barclaycard.

I have also made my daily payments today to catch up:

    £1112.00 + £19.00 + £20.00 + £21.00 + £22.00 = £1194.00
It took ages for the payment to go through, it must have been the shock to the Barclaycard system!!!
