  • A bit confused by Scallyfax.... I have paid nearly twice the minimum payment with my PADs, but still they took the minimum payment today:confused:
Good in one way, because the balance is going down, but bad because I am already running short of money

    Hello,
I had the same irritation with my Additions catalogue, it is because there is a contract for a direct debit that is set up automatically between them and ur bank account so no matter how much extra you pay them they will always on DD day get the minimum payment, as you say good in 1 way but cr*p in another, I used to think Id get out of paying it for 3 months if I paid a £100 towards yet they still took minimum payment !! ohh the frustration

  • Morning world!! :jHow is everyone today? My pad today is £3.45.I've decided to use an account that's been lying unused for my pad challenge, but I have a question. Can you transfer between your accounts when their at different banks and if so is there a charge to do this?I want to transfer from my barclays curr acc to Natwest solo acc regularly. Also I've decided to put my pad's to my council tax arrears to clear first,as it takes the biggest chuck from us every month.(I have £1 agreements with my non-proirity debts-quite a low income )

Yes, you can transfer between different banks, but it may take a little while to go through. I do this with my savings - I have a standing order from Nationwide to Britannia.

Morninf all, no pad for me today as some evil ****er has cloned my card and taken a fair amount out of my acount, so until i get it sorted and figure out when I am going to get my money back I will have to put PAD on hold - but i'll still be here with you all :)

    Have a great day everyone
