Morning all :hello: Great total yesterday paybacktime - well done everyone :T
Well after all the weather warnings yesterday and youngest DS's school sending notes home saying the school was closed today we woke up to find no snow at alland it's sunny :T DS not very happy he's gone back to bed!!! I've had to take day off work
Greenbynature - Very sorry to hear that your DS2 crashed his car today...... I can imagine that he is not happy at the moment and i'll bet the air is " blue " in your house ! ..... The main thing is that he is ok ....... Luckily the road was clear when you skidded as well ..... Do your dogs like going out in the snow ? ....
Hi Terri - yes he wasn't a happy bunny especially as everyone had a go at him saying he must've been speeding!! He says he wasn't!! Garage are having a look at his car today so fingers crossed its nothing too expensive! Yes the dogs love the snow - George more than Amber - her fur's thinner than George's and I think she feels the cold a bit more but she still runs round with him like an idiot - they look like 2 puppies :rotfl: I videod them last year running round the garden lol really funny.
Well am still a bit low on funds till cheque clears tomorrow and payday on Thursday plus have £20.38 from Quidco going into my account yay!!
Pad today £3.03 to cap1 cc and £1 to tin and 24p to copper jar!
Hopeful 1 - I didn't get any interest back off cap1 - my statement is due tomorrow so will have a look then and touch wood they haven't sent me a letter either!!

PAD £4.54.
Just been body boarding down the hills at the end of the road ...... got there before the kids!!! ha ha ha :j :j :j0 -
Hi, all - PAD today £3.76 to Barclaycard, plus £2.00 to piggy bank, that means total PAD of £5.76 today. Hopefully NSD, brought in breakfast and lunch but had to put money on my Travelcard so not strictly nSD - but no Travelcard = no work!
Feeling a bit low today although shouldn't be - I seem to spend my life adding up and subtracting in my head!Really really trying to be frugal so that when payday comes around on 20th it doesn't all fall into the overdraft black hole...
Anyway, also feel very virtuous as I did a freezer and cupboard inventory when I was snowed in yesterday, so I now have a written record of what I actually have and thus what I need to / don't need to buy. I've been meaning to do this for ages, so I'm happy that I did it. Menu plan for the week is now on the fridge with only minimal shopping needed.
Sorry to be a bit down, I am getting there and I do value everyone's support, especially when you all have so much to deal with. Must stop grumbling!!0 -

That's so annoying...i'm going to check my cashback etc site and see if there's anything I should withdraw!
Terri - you sound totally mad (in the nicest possible way - I wish I worked with you!!)
After thinking that i'd struggle to make a PAD today I remembered i'm not paying council tax or water rates this month so i've got
£160.00to pay to savings :T .
Hugs to you all xx0 -
I am feeling SO miserable today. Have got home from work early cos kids have been sent home. Went to put washing on to find machine isn't working properly so am going to have to call someone else out. Its all so rubbish. Means more costs so everything I am paying off is wasted. Why do I have to keep forking out for more?!Debt busting 2022 Total £15842.68 £0 (100% paid since 1/1/22)
