Hi everyone!
Wow there are some absolutely fab totals going here!! Well done everyone! Every little bit helps! :T Thanks again flying_fresian as always!
Fag_ash_lil: Good luck with the freecycling stuff. We've managed to get loads of stuff from it before. It's amazing what some people put up on there, take advantage! Did you enjoy the cakey treats? I felt a bitafter all that sugar! :rotfl: But yep, plenty of
and
tonight!! (Can you tell I've found somewhere with lots of smilies to copy and paste from??)
Hopeful1: Castle treats are tonight! I bought some new shoes to go with my dress and I've been trying to stretch them so they give a bit with socks and OH's beanie hats but not having much luck with them! So I'm trotting around in the house hoping I'm not too crippled later on! :rotfl: I'm sure I won't notice after a few vino's! Hope the number crunching's going ok? You're so well organised! Any top tips??
DT: Another sheepy for the collection for you but don't think it's too good as it appears to be running away:
jo41: I loves Cosmos... too many make me a little poorly but I don't think about it at the time!! :rotfl: Hope you have a good weekend.
njk: Enjoy the Chinese treats tonight! I've only just had bacon butties for breakfast and yer making me hungry already!
£1 for the pot for me today. I had a pretty expensive day yesterday - ended up having to fork out just short of £700 to get my car fixed and it still ain't right so back to the garage it goes on Monday morning! But it's a knees up this evening and hopefully my tootsies don't hurt too much with the shoes. I need to make my nails look relatively lady like an all...
Enjoy the weekend everyone!!

Clarissa- re the snowball, i think some people with smaller debts might have a closer df date as they pay more each month or have lower APR's on their debt.
All you do is input each debt, apr and how much you have per month to pay and it'll work out which order to pay them in, either highest apr first or lowest balance first ( you choose which but obviously apr order is best)
Thank you for the reply hun, the problem is, do I do from the amount owed NOW or what the loan was when he got it out ??
Its a non flexi loan and he pays £241.40 PM and the loan is now at £11,104.40
the next payment is soo and will leave it at like £10,863.00 something thats the biggest debt we have x:eek: [STRIKE]£11,362.86[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]9,973.11[/STRIKE] LoanDFX 2013 #050: £ / £10,149.04

Hi, everyone - the story about the sheep did make me smile, well done all you sheep smilie finders! Thanks for the kind words of support, you have made me feel better. No point in beating myself up!
And the good news - I found my passport; and on the way tidied up several drawers and cupboards!!
Must go, someone at door. Have a good Saturday¬0 -
That sheep in stockings made me smile. Any kinky welshmen around?
I am sitting here with my bottom lip sticking out and stamping my foot on the floor and screaming 'I WANT 8 ACRES' Soooooo jealous. Always been a dream of mine to do the whole smallholding thing. DS is playing his virtual farm game on the nintendo so he's getting lots of practice in!
I stayed with friends a while back and helped them chop logs.....funny how you take these things for granted it was hard work.
So...my payment today of £4.37 is towards my dream of paying the debt off and then saving for the house with land! Good motivator. Have a lovely weekend all, I'm stuck in being nurse.LBM 10/08 £12510.74/0 -

Hello all. It's the WEEKEND!! Woo-hoo !! :j :j :j
I have a slightly sore head today from works drinks last night. Had a busy week. Not a massive spending night though as my boss was in generous mood! He he. It's a bright and breezy today in London tho so going to take myself out for a walk in the park to throw the cobwebs off - then out for a cheapie curry and B.Y.O wine night tonight.
So, have those logs been chopped yet??
Welcome to all the newbies from recent PAD joiner (me!) It's a very addictive thread and great motivation to pay something each day to attack those evil debt balances. Big or small (or even if no PAD sometimes) it's a cool approach to tackling things and staying on top of the finances.
Happy birthday nkj. And great totals last week everyone.
£5.81 to that evil Egg Card from me. Looking forward to updating the totals soon...Debt Free 25th August 2010 with PAD !!TARGETS ::D

Hi All
It's just taken me ages to catch up with the thread! Great stuff!
Had some good news today - OH had an accident in the car last July, other person's fault, but they claimed it was OH's fault, but no independent witnesses...grrrr  . Anyway, they've just settled on a 50:50 basis, meaning we've just had half the excess back, which is £175 back to me.:T
I'll be paying it off the CC next week, but need it to clear the bank first, so have just made a token PAD of £5.00 for now so I still feel like part of the gang.
Payday seems a long time coming, but only a few more days now and then I can get back on making regular PADs.

Ive done mine from what the debts are now ie my loan was 5k back in 04 but as of Jan 1st ( when I set up my snowball) it was at £400 ish, then on my dd day (3rd) I click on (think its add transactions) and credit whats been paid and add debit if interest has been added so it would normally be say credit £109.59 and debit £3.00 or something similar.
I do the same for all my debts (down to 3 now) and just keep it up to date as often as I need.
If I can keep up the 1k per month as I have this month, which I doubt then ill be df in 7 months....otherwise itll be 11 months .either way by xmas I will be free :T
Have I helped at all? I tend to ramble more than I help *sorry*:o
