Terri - that jogging woman smiley is so funny! I'm sure Weebag will enjoy that one I haven't tried the balm. Years ago i had epileptic fits. It's now completely controlled by medication, but i have to be careful about what i put on my skin eg lavendar, as it can be a trigger. With the spray, i put it under my pillow.

I have paid off £6 from my overdraft this morning. It's now sitting at exactly £700, with £230+ in an account waiting to pay off a big chunk of it at the start of the month. :j

£1 in the pot for me today! I've checked my purse and I have enough pounds in there to keep me going until Saturday for the pot so I'm not going to be leaving myself short this month hopefully! Nearly at my £100 for the month!!
