exactly! my DS2 starts school this september. my "baby" tummy (and bum, and thighs etc) is *definitely* the work of wine, curry, pizza, crisps & chocs... i'm off wine for the moment as well, but have had the odd lapse with chocs (still far too many in the house thanks to xmas) and crisps, although we have now eaten them all and i won't be replacing them.
i've given up the gym (was costing too much) but have a 12 day trial at jjb that i'm going to start tomorrow. after that, it'll just be me walking, on the bike, or on the wii fit in the lounge (with the curtains tightly drawn!)

Hi All
How many pages on this thread already?!!!
I have been absent for a while because before Christmas both computers at home (laptop and PC) went kaput within the space of 2 weeks!
We are now the proud owner of a high-ish spec reconditioned laptop which cost not a lot, so hopefully this means that normal service is resumed.
OH has been behaving himself nicely and as a result of me recalculating the total cost of all the household bills and telling him how much money he needs be paying me every week from February, he started paying me the extra amount early. Woohoo! This means that I am in the rather unfamiliar position of actually having some spare money this month...in January!
This has enabled me to make some rather large daily payments (£20 this week) to my Egg card in order to pay off the cost of the laptop and Christmas spending.
So my revised total to date, since I started this challenge, £426.52. Not bad at all!PigginSkint's debt free diary
