Hi Dpixie; I'll add your squares and hats when I update in the morning. Thanks. I find wool shops irresistible - I can't stop calling into my local one because it's just a short walk from where I do my main food shopping! The girls in there make it look so tempting and their window displays are wonderful. They have a window either side of the door and they always look fantastic. It's that that draws me in as much as my need (or my excuse for a need) for wool!

  • you lucky things having wool shops, i tend to build up my stash in the summer during the carboot months as the wool shop closed down here years ago. The local chemist has a small selection and i've recently discovered that the co-op has a wool department upstaris in the next town. Oh i forgot wilkinsons sells wool as well so i suppose i shouldn't grumble.
Determinded to at least use 1/2 my stash before i buy anymore the drawer under the bed is crammed full ive got some bags in the cupboard under the stairs and then theres the back up stash thas hidden in the attic, so that DH doesn't think ive gone totally nutty if he does catch me buying wool. I did buy some last week for a frineds baby cardi as it was reduced to £1 a ball so it seemed rude to leave it there;)

another 1 Boob and 1 vent hat to add to tomorrows totals please Kathy.

For the newies if you high light anything you want adding to the totals in red it makes it easier for kathy to spot them when she does an update for us. Its so encouraging to watch the totals rising it gives us even more incentive to knit
