Thanks for the kind comments about my blog!

Pippa - I just feel the excitement! I can't tell you how thrilled I am that your grandson is, indeed, your grandson! Congratulations to you all and my best wishes for the dear little boy's parents - they must be exhausted but exhilarated. A big (((hug))) for the little man himself.

Oh gosh what an emotionally charged few days of posts I have just read through..
firstly I must say so very many thanks for all your warm wishes over DS (and Maytaurus for the really helpful links) I did not want to burden you with it but I was so angry and upset last week i just had to let it go - you really are truly lovely people -this has been going on for 2 years now since he started at this school - towards the end of last year we thought it was over BUT first week back and some little darling stated he wants to beat him up and get him bullied .... he admitted it in front of his mother (she knows the problems he has had) who might i add stated oh Im sure he didnt mean it - well that and the fact that some boys who one is supposed to be is friend have now shunned him & been taunting him both in class and out have really been the last straw - last year it was for example children with matches stating they were going to burn the house/school down (they knew where we used to live ....) and loads more well thats it now - trouble is the poor lad sort of accepts it and says he just goes round on his own etc - does not want to move schools as he worries that it will be just as bad at new school (i get soooo upset about it I hate to think he goes somewhere he is unhappy) - so thats why I cant stand back anymore

pippa s - I had tears in my eyes/lump in my throat reading your post - much love & well done to all of you xx

maytaurus - thank you for links & ripple scarf - lovely - the post with the cartoon cat knitting - I LOVE IT !!!

ISOM - truly lovely words in your post

prfungi - loved the mushroom story - I love rubber stamping mushrooms on my cards (that and pumpkins!!!)

shaz - grrrrrr red tape - when I see problems such as yours it makes my blood boil !!! just NOT fair/right - behind you all the way with this one but glad you got a nice lady today

mrs m - blanket is great

Anyway - I have talked enough - will let you know how I get on tomorrow morning ... oh by the way Maytaurus I received a big bag of wool from freecycle - I keep stroking it as I walk past it :rotfl::rotfl:(Im sure I need help ...)
Hugs to all you lovely caring ladies Jaqui xx

Hello to you all -- I am feeling a bit guilty because BLOG has been taking all my energy ,and DOH'S patience because getting to grips with it is sooooo hard . I actually have 3 websites with Chalky's World on but have decided to work out the original!! The others can go into cyberspace or something.

    Anyway here goes---

Kathy -- have loved looking at yours---- as the layers of friendship in this blog get more embedded the more I feel we are getting to know each other !! And that is lovely

F1WIDOW ---- I know this embedding theory to be true when DOH calls " F1 widow will be watching this when the racing comes on !!!!

Pfungi-- What a wonderfu story about the mushrooms and I think that was probably quite hard to write .

--Mrs Moneypenny-- Your blanket is amazing -- You must have such happy memories of that school to do such a wonderful job !!

Only Girl-- Hope Cold gets better

    Shelley-- parcel on the way

--Maytaurus - I have said before you really are the barometer of our thread . If your threads are up and running we are all happier

Orkney --- Welcome and already you have done so much for such worthwhile causes . Please stay with us and feel a part of all the lovely things going on here and even if things are tough we are here for each other

Dpixie - I am so into a winter project of a blanket . I hope yours progresses well

PIPPA S -- I AM LEAVING YOU 'TIL LAST BECAUSE THE ONE THING WE ARE GOOD AT HERE IS SHARING EACH OTHERS SORROWS AND JOYS AND YOUR LOVELY FAMILY SOUND SO JOYFUL

The gentlest of wishes if by accident I have missed anybody out or just because you are feeling in need of a special thought -- they are there for you .
    Love to all
Try and do a good deed every day.
