Good morning everyone - up early again here. There's a fine coating of snow everywhere but I'm not brave enough to go out and make footprints, tempting as it is! It's way too cold!

Thanks for all the updates. I've started a teddy hand puppet. I'm longing to see how it turns out because it would make a lovely trauma toy, I think, and it could be done in any colour. I'm doing mine in cream. Once I've updated, I'll find the link to the pattern and post it here. It was posted on the LH forum.

Pippa - I had to laugh at your description of the dinosaur - I'm sure it doesn't look like a fish with legs!

Hi Kathy thanks for the link they look really good and ideal trauma toys as most children may not want to talk to an adult to tell them whats wrong or how they are feeling but will willingly talk to a toy/puppet

morning all
sent all mine off to school this morning and just got back from dragging youngest ther on the sledge. ive just got a text to say elder DS school is chucking them out at noon so must remember to leave him a note telling him to meet me at work or he'll be frozen by the time i get back.

been busy this weekend but not achieved a lot for in here, ive done a cardi for one of my friends twins and made 2 hats

1 small size super stretchy hatill save it till ive got a few more bits for you shelly

Just 2 sneaky little IS hats for me please - being prepared! Working on small things in between endless rows of st st for DH jumper.
It's been snowing here! Kids and I are very excited as we hardly ever get snow where we are although I know many people are less happy to see it. Hope everyone is keeping warm.
