Donna - STC is Save The Children, dating back to when we first started making hats, but now it means all baby hats! A bit later on in the year, when Sainsbury's announces it's Big Knit campaign for Age Concern - where we knit little hats which go on top of bottles of Innocent Smoothie drinks - we refer to them as IS hats!

I am about half way through the baby blanket, it is looking quite good, a very easy pattern too.
I printed off the Bunny pattern earlier, who would have thought a bunny could be made from a square
must have a go at that. I also wanted to print off the chicks pattern, but for some reason the link isnt working for me, goodness knows why because it was a couple of days ago

Hi all - just popping in to say I haven't forgotten you all. I have visitors and we keep talking and talking and the time just goes. They've brought their dog with them because he's also going to France with them - he doesn't know he's emigrating yet! They've just taken him out for a walk so I thought I'd come on here and tell you that I shall update first thing in the morning, when the house is quiet! I might just do a bit of sewing-up of teddies for the rest of the evening, even if we are still chatting!
