I'm actually a bit angry at quite a few of you.
How many times have you asked advice for a "friend" or something like that. You are so quick to judge, anyone like to decide that my writing or spelling or grammar is similar to anyone elses on these forums? I've asked for advice many a time on here because I felt people would be able to help. However I am starting to feel like I'd rather go somewhere else where I don't feel that someone is going to launch at me.

You all say to keep the tone and subject of the thread to what the OP started as.
Don't tell someone to go get a life when really, you need to have a look at yourselves.

so you dont think a pillow about to go over your face abuse

If it were true, it would be abuse. I am also quite convinced this is a troll posting. The boards have been flooded with them recently.
  • I'm a bit angry too - but for a different reason. If you have ever come across anyone who has experienced domestic violence in any way perhaps you would see my point of view. It is a very difficult subject for anyone. To mislead people who try to help - and perhaps post this as some sort of 'game' suggests someone with a very sick mind. If the person had real fears for himself and his pet - why the **** didn't he do something about it?? No the real question was trying to leave a realtionship with finances intact. A person in fear of domestic violence would leave with nothing but dignity. It is a subject many many women won't go near (or men) and it takes some strength to acknowledge any possible problem - and lets be honest has not been treated with the levity it needs by the Police (maybe things have changed). I know my anger at this poster (& I suggest some of the others who took the time and trouble to reply on New Years Eve) comes from this.

Personally,if this is a wind up (as I suspected it was from the beginning, and I wouldn't say I was a particularly cynical person)then I find it pathetic, and distasteful that someone would sit down and concoct such a tissueof lies.

There are real people suffering this type of abuse and it belittles them, and makes them suspect when idiots like this play this type of game. That is all it is to them,a game. Time to grow up, and find something positive and worthwhile to do,channel the energy into making your own or someone else's life better. It really angers me to read this stuff.

I am actually shocked by the majority of responses on here, and it seems to be the way this forum has gone of late, reflective of the complete negativity and bitterness of society as a whole - people turning bitter because of the 'credit crunch'.

I agree, if its a joker or you think its a joker, than ignore, its the best way to respond. But if its genuine then these responses are very harsh like they were to BROKEN HEARTED.

I'm also shocked that two board guides are joining in the micky taking of this OP:eek:

Well I have read all of your replies, thankyou to the genuine responses.

I do come on here underanother name and have helped some of you who have replied to me.

I can assure you that after reading this I will not be coming on under this name or the one I have used for the past 12 months. Your reponses have hurt me, I needed help instead you make me think now if I do approach anyone they will think I am lying. Thanks a lot...
  • Just a thought, how did she manage to hold your nose and mouth until you could not breath ? My reaction if anyone touched my face in that way would be to push them off, not wait until I could not breath.

If you are genuine, then you must become more assertive with her.

And protect that dog, even if you cannot protect yourself.

    Don't be such an !!!!!!!.

This post really made me angry. There are people on here who have broken marriages due to mental health problems, and/or have suffered abuse, and you're here taking the !!!!. It's very hurtful. In fact, this nonsense caught me so much on a raw spot that it brought tears from me. I TRULY hope that someone you love never suffers from a psychotic episode.

If you were a genuine poster, you'd have accepted and acknowledged the advice from several posters on here. Thus proving beyond all reasonable doubt that you are a total troll.

    Get a life.
  • I think the op is sitting back and laughing at the argument he has created. This story is OTT and downright silly. For those that are arguing that it is true, then you need to read the op's posts again. I have met many abused people that have suffered from DV and they would be very insulted with this thread. The op comes across as a joker, but is not very funny!!!!
