Excellent advice...we go with the per-day limit (otherwise it would be a disaster, I think :)). Ultimately we consider it entertainment money - we're prepared to lose it so long as we have fun doing so.

We do this too. We set our limit at the amount we're comfortable to lose and that's how we decide our daily limit. We also look at it as our daily entertainment money.....
Oh, and my flight for our honeymoon are nearly released, so I'll be booking up soon for April next year. :j
Wish I was getting back this year :(
Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!

Yes it will be a problem (and it's not a silly question -it's a very good one)
If you're travelling with your parents you don't need to mess about with a second card though-The hotel will happilly hit your card for both rooms.
Thanks, I am travelling with my parents though we are staying in a different hotel do you think that I would still be able to use my card to hold the deposit?

What was the payout for blackjack at those tables? A lot of the lower-limit tables (especially in any sort of party pit area) will be 6/5 instead of 3/2.

True, you don't play any sort of B/J near where their are podiums of dancing girls without checking the pay table first.I don't think you have to worry about that at the Trop. or Bills though;);)
BTW Bellagio even has a few $5 tables along the back of the lines of $15-$25 tables
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

There is a slugger stadium on Sunset, it runs parallel to the runway of the airport and is next to the Callaway golf centre. We go there loads of times, really good fun. Here is the link.

As Stoneman has already said Slugger Stadium is the easiest option. you can choose from low speed 30mph up to 80mph pitches ...and the hardest ball of all to hit is the slow pitch softball! Bats and helmets you get there, but if you are intending to put any effort at all into your swing get a pair of batting gloves!

Dollar beer night is the only night we will never ever go to baseball at Cashman Field! Not a fun experience at all! Dearest seats in the house are about $15, Cashman field is really easy to get to if you have a car being just off Las Vegas Blvd the other side of the 95.

Usually a couple of Major League players coming back from injuries will make an appearance and while not as good as the majors (really notice it with the pitchers) its a fun couple of hours.

Why is this? Too many drunks? Cant be much worse than a football match in the UK

Small plastic cups of beer, surrounded by teenagers and red necks in their wife-beater vests. American kiddies can't hold the beer their mates buy. Thinking back the game improved dramatically as it went to 13innings. 70% of the crowd left after 9th!

I'd much rather pay proper prices, buy decent alcohol and sit with "normal" people!
