    Does anybody know how you would go about cancelling reservations at a hotel, i.e The Mirage (we just booked, but curious incase a better deal pops up)
    Can you do it online or would you need to phone them up? Sorry if this is a stupid question, first time of booking a holiday that wasnt a package deal (we're having to use our brains!!:p) :oxx

    You can cancel with mirage online lulu, I did the other day when i found a slightly lower rate.

    I should have said - if you want to find a map to the south rim, use zip code 86023 as your destination...that's what we did and it got us there using mapquest.com.

    Once you completed your booking and got the confirmation page there was a guest services link at the very bottom left hand corner of the page. You click on that and enter your confirmation no or last 4 digits of credit card and then you can amend/cancel booking.
