My friends were told that was why they were moved from Terrible's by TC last year. They must have a crystal ball.
I think this may well happen to other Casino operators, be careful that you book refundable offers in the near future.
That's Terrible news
I'll get my coat :embarasse0 -
The Volcano @ MirageYeah, we saw Bon Jovi last year in Manchester and paid about £42 each including all the fees. The gig at the Hardrock Vegas is about $191 per ticket (plus fees I assume), so not far off £150. Won't be going, can't justify it at those prices.
You can not compare seeing a band at Hampden Park, Wembly or even MEN with seeing a band at say The Joint where there are now I think 4000 seats, it was sub 2000 and the only place in the last 40 years that say the stones have played a public concert toless than 2000 people. It is very very different and this is in part the reason why tickets are so much more its much more intimate and personal. Its Vegas time -no longer :T a five year old has changed Vegas time to Orlando time0 -
Have just booked The Bellagio for four nights from Sept 7th-11th for $90.30 a night!! The link is here and came from Fat Wallet but seems a great deal, I stayed in the Bellagio for my first trip but that was at $200 a night - its a great room and casino although I didnt get a strip view last time.
Hope it helps someone
This sounds amazing - haven't even booked our flights yet but am seriously considering booking this anyway. Before I do though, just wondered how easy it is to cancel these things - looks to me like you can as long as its 48 hours in advance but don't want to get stung if there's something I don't know about/have missed!0 -

Don't need a crystal ball, its been on the agenda for a year and they actually went into Chapter 11 a fortnight ago. Are TC going to change bookings away from MGM/Mirage, Venetian/Palazzo, Station group .......etc etc??
..and of course Chapter 11 menas means you keep on trading while a solution to your financial woes is sorted.0 -
The Bellagio Fountainsanyone have any news on that MGM booking with the players club deal I posted a little earlier. I thought a load of us booked it? I know Luci cancelled it but just wandered if anyone else had it booked and had checked it was all kosher?

Yes I cancelled the one I had originally booked, but immediately rebooked a different offers which had more freebies.
I'm pretty sure the MGM website is not working for all reservations and not just the ones we've booked on promo codes. I have stayed there before and personally, I'm not worried about it.
If you are concerned, just call them up and ask if they have your reservation on their system.0 -

thanks for that info Luci although knew it was you that had done that, the new offer was way more expensive against my dates so stuck to original players club offer. Just need to make sure I pick up my card when we get ther!
Man I CANNOT WAIT!!!!
Did anything get sorted for a meet up?
Oh - Does anyone have a Deuce Map with all the stops on it to download?

I wasn't exactly comparing them, simply stating that as the tickets are 3.5 times the price, I could not justify it, especially as I've seen the same band last year.
It's a good job this pricing system doesn't apply to hotels, like you pay 3 times the price if you stay in a small hotel, rather than a big one !0 -

Hi Rich
I called MGM reservations a couple of days ago because I was concerned I couldn't look up the booking on their website. The guy I spoke to confirmed the reservation and said everything was fine with the booking so I left it at that.
