I'm sure you'll be delighted to know thats where all the Virgin cabin crew usually stay.

I went there to cash a cheque and had a 241 for the buffet, we ate but all my wife eat was a bannana and we had to pay to eat elswhere. To be honest where the Virgin cabin crew stay is never likley to effect me as I can fly prem economy on United for less than economy on Virgin and Business on United for around the same as prem economy with Virgin

    Aliante Station: $14.95/night
    Boulder Station: $9.95/night
    Fiesta Henderson/Rancho: $7.95/night
    Green Valley Ranch: $24.99/night
    Palace Station: $9.95/night
    Red Rock: $24.99/night
    Santa Fe Station: $9.95/night
    Sunset Station: $9.95/night
    Texas Station: $9.95/night
    Wild Wild West: $5.40/night

    The posh places, I can (slightly with a lot of persuasion) understand the extra charge. It is for WiFi, Gym access, shoe shine, newspaper, fitness centre (if available) and airport shuttle (again, if available);

But the Wild Wild West??? Have you seen that place?

If you want a laugh lookup the Wild Wild West on Trip Advisor.

We went to the Palace Station buffet as it was being recommended on TA at the time. Couldn't figure out what they were raving about as we thought it was horrible and that was in 2005.

I am guessing that some of the food that you saw was still on display when we went there it was terrible on a par with buffet at Curry Camp in Yosemite Nat Park

This makes me nervous as our booking is also with Thrifty (though CH3000 said it would be with Dollar)...our voucher does state no one-way fees but so did yours, so..

For my reference should I need to go through the same process you have - did you just contact CH3000 to sort it out?
Yes CH3000 sorted it out with Thrifty. Just keep all the documents, including the itchy and scratchy sheet, as I thought they were going to claim it was scratched or dented.

If youve got the no one way fee on the voucher, dont worry.

I was under the impression that Thrifty and Dollar were partners. don't know where I got the idea from though.

This is where I got it from.
They are, but they still appear to compete with each other and have separate rental desks, return garages etc.

Agreed - but what surprises me is that it's part of the Station Casinos group...I don't know when that happened, but I have to think that they bought it to demolish it and build something else there...I seem to recall that WWW is geared toward truckers, maybe?
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Do all hotels/casinos have a players card and where do you get it from?
