I struggle at work too. We only have a microwave, or we can have a school dinner, which often doesnt fit into the SW plan.

Dare I ask how much the Cambridge Diet costs?

  Very MSE (NOT!) its about £35 per week....which is about my food budget anyway!!

Len the problem is that I'm worried you have hit the nail on the head.

He did just send me a nice message saying he couldn't stop thinking about me and he was feeling slightly better so he was going to have a bath (getting ready to go out tonight....no no no, mustn't think that.......).

Arrrggghhh why am I so paranoid??? :o

Well, it's not as bad as I expected, still a bit  though.

I'm tempted to do cambridge too sammy but as with my last post I need to have my tea and coffee, plus I hate milkshakes even as a kid. I'm just desperate to shift this weight, it's making me miserable. I've never been so fat in my life.

Exercise is ok for me, I can just do a couple of hours on the kit, plus I have a wii fit which I've started using. but despite the amount of exercise I do when working I don't seem to be able to eat anything much without gaining weight.

Same as me toto, I like my tea and coffee too. I am the same size now as when I had Chloe:eek: and I can't go on like this....especially as my brain refuses to accept the weight gain and still buys clothes in the old size....
