Hi Spud, I was thinking of doing the new SW but instead have an appointment with a cambridge diet counsellor next week..I am terrified of actually not eating food at all (well actually I was but since I had flu I haven't eaten much at all)

What is the Cambridge diet Sammy? Meal replacements?

I was quite happy with the old SW, but will check out the new one to see if I can understand it :p

Ohhh....I slept last night. Nodded off just after midnight, and woke up and 10.30 this morning. I did let the dog out around 4am, but great to sleep that long :T

I was just saying the same thing on the main SW thread Lou! I am trying to get the password so I can have a full look at the new plan before Idecide whether to do it for 'free' - ie just red and green - or sign up and part with pennies and log it all and fully utilise the new plan.

I had bacon on buttered homemade toast with a bit of Castello Blue cheese followed by half a dozen Hannah Montana yellow sticker reduced sweets!

Not tomorrow though I won't be!!

Is the main SW thread on the health board or do we have one here? I am so rubbish at following plans, I have certain needs... like my morning half a dozen cappuccinos and plenty of tea throughout the day. So, I tend to work best with something simple which lets me eat anything up to a calorie limit. I usually use weightlossresources.co.uk to track it all. I've not done SW before though so don't know if it'll work for me. I could do with the support of an actual plan.

I'm tempted to do cambridge too sammy but as with my last post I need to have my tea and coffee, plus I hate milkshakes even as a kid. I'm just desperate to shift this weight, it's making me miserable. I've never been so fat in my life.

Exercise is ok for me, I can just do a couple of hours on the kit, plus I have a wii fit which I've started using. but despite the amount of exercise I do when working I don't seem to be able to eat anything much without gaining weight.

No he was working last night.

We just had a call from Victim Support, to make sure we are all OK. I'm amazed at just how good the police etc have been, considering nowt was taken

Spud, yes cambridge diet is meal replacements - you can do 600 calories a day or 1200 (I think). I like the SW plan but we have no facilities at work to cook just a microwave and not even a fridge....I find planning and stuff quite difficult plus nothing I have done seems to work at the moment and I lose the will to live after a week or two and go back to stuffing my face..

So I am going to try the cambridge diet for a month or so..

Toto, there is a new SW plan out shortly but I am not sure how it works...BB might know more by now
