Happy BIrthday to Sally and Tig.

Pepe I used to work at Barts as a student Nurse, often got meat cheap on the way home from a nightshift (the pubs were always open at 8 am!!!!!)

We're having a family DVD night tonight - DS1 who is 10 choose what we watch. He has chosen a box set of The Twilight Zone! He went on Tower of Terror at Disney and became really interested in it!

I've just finished printing off 6 CCa requests for some of my fave creditors, 2 out of 12 are already in dispute, pretty confideent of these ones getting negative results too...if you dont try...

afternoon!! Back from work and now finished until 13 Jan!

Well, I say finished, I'm teaching for 1 hour on 5th and 2 hours on the 12th, so I need to plan for that as well as the teaching for the 9 weeks after that for each course.

And, AQA each day whilst I'm on holiday.......so, maybe I'm not on holiday at all! :rolleyes:

Well I am eating leftover Pizza from last night, trying to get rid of everything high in calories before I go back on the wagon in January.

I think that I will be going back to being a veggie as i was always healthy when I was before and wont have the temptation of eating a meat pie with gravy:rolleyes: Still going to eat fish though, cant give up prawns and salmon.

On Friday when I go back to work I am going to check out the new Gym facilies which are free to all Lecturing staff, I need to do something as almost all the weight I have lost at SW has gone back on:o

I was just saying the same thing on the main SW thread Lou! I am trying to get the password so I can have a full look at the new plan before Idecide whether to do it for 'free' - ie just red and green - or sign up and part with pennies and log it all and fully utilise the new plan.

I had bacon on buttered homemade toast with a bit of Castello Blue cheese followed by half a dozen Hannah Montana yellow sticker reduced sweets!

Not tomorrow though I won't be!!
