well done Andan
I have managed to use up some bath stuff as well and also avoided the craft magazines whilst out today.
I think not buying crisps will be the hardest for me - anyone want to send me a pack:rotfl:£2 savers club 2025 #40 -
Whistles innocently. The temptation was too bad. OH went to shop and bought me a bag of Maltesers and handed them to me when I was watching TV. There's still half a bag left though (unless he's scoffed them).
Doing good so far today though lol0 -
Well hello everyone, day 33/130 days for me, (or day 2 of new challenge starting yesterday!):j
I too am enjoying watching some products going down and the new ones not be stockpiled endlessly.
Well done everyone and thanks Magni for my number, I'm off to put it on my signature now!:Dfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Please may I join........ I want to not impulse buy for 100 days. If I do want to buy something I have to go home, think if I need it, want it, will need it tomorrow, wait 3 days and then return and buy it.
And...... each time I do think about impulse buying I have to put £1 in my sealed pot.
That should stop me!I don't get to come on here too often.
Too buzy money saving!0 -
Hey can you add me please, I know I'm a day late but mine is not to go to the vending machine at work and I'm not back in til tomorrow! Spend about £2 a day on it at least! So it will help my pocket and my SW plan!

Ohhhh I like this thread!! Can I join please?!
I'd like to give up choc, cheese and lactosey stuff!! I'm lactose intolerant but have eaten way too much (for me!) recently, so have been feeling poorly again! I should really give up yeast as well but I get really bad cheese and bread cravings!! Hmmm... yeast will be a side one if I can do it then great if not I've not failed!! If that makes any sense at all!!Just keep swimming0 -
Day 2 for me was a good one:heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0

I have done my voucher spending now so I am properly raring to go.
I have realised that I need one more thing (a jacket) for a wedding that I am going to in March but I will count that as outside of this challenge as I genuinely need it and it will be used at 3 weddings this year at least, am hoping to get it in the sales, hopefully using the last of my vouchers so that it isn't real money.
Come on day three!!!!
I have also pledged on the £100 on clothes challenge so even in those gaps between challenges I will be restricted to a small amount.
I just realised how many challenges I am on (100 day, £100 on clothes, first one to £15k, clear £20k by xmas 2009, there may be more...)
There just isn't enough signature for my debt AND my challenges£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

cancelled my Magazine subscriptions, 40 quid a year not going to be spent. also got some toiletries for Christmas to add to the pile of stuff to be used.
Currently going well, have enough make up, toner and face cream to manage this 100 days methinks.
hope the next 98 days go so well!
xxNevertheless she persisted.0
