  • Oh no! Someone stop me!! It's double delight day today, and they have lots of Philosophy, which I wanted to get as Christmas presents for people, and a set of smashbox brushes I've had my eye on, AND LE eye repair which I ran out of AGES ago but have been denying myself!!!! Will have to keep busy today and avoid all tv!

And yes Jane - you could just join today and work out your 100 days. I didn't start til 4 Jan so mine ends on 14 April (SO glad I didn't pick chocolate - Easter Sunday would have been difficult to say the least!). Or you could just do it til 10 April which I think is most peoples end date, then start again on the next one. Good luck tho!!

    TURN. IT. OFF

    Watch a DVD.

If you can't see it then it can't tempt you.

You can come and clean my flat if you want??? :D Go on, you know you want to... (and my digi box hasn't been plugged in for ages so no risk of temptation)

Tracey - switch it off - that's what I've had to do to remove the temptation!

Step away from the tv.... STEP AWAY FROM THE TV!

I had an email this morning about the Double Delight day.... but I haven't put QVC on at all yet, and I will try hard not to put it on tonight! Doing ok on the challenge now, so don't want to ruin it :)

  • Haha!! Thanks guys :hello:

Managed to abstain so far - let's just say the washing basket is empty, the line is full and the kitchen is sparkling!! And keeping busy on-line too, of course - tho not on THAT website!

Finished my mini primer yesterday - goodness it went a long way, so really no need for me to have 2 back-ups waiting in the drawer then?!

Hope everyone is doing well and having a good day :D

I am in a butt kicking mood today (but not my own, my flat is still minging and I have done no washing)

  • My butt got kicked for me as soemone came over so I had to sort the kitchen and have also done a half @rsed hoover and a teeny tidy on one end of the lounge to make it half presentable (ie so they didn't call environmental health)

Hmmm, excuse  now part of the problem for us all is that we buy for 'when we run out' ......

!!! kicking over, I love Lancome face cream too (I only use day cream though, my face is nakeeeeeeeed at night), one slip up in 50 days isn't the end of the world hun (says the hypocrite lady who accidentally spent £350 in a shopping trip a few weeks ago :rotfl:)

And that ^^^^^ is what it's all about hun! :T

On another note, I have just had some terrible kids TV on in the background and there is a kid on it who is being a superhero who sounds like she is called "princess poor" (it may well be 'princess power' but poor anunciation on the part of the presenters) I may start to only respond to that name from here on it :rotfl:

    HRH Princess Poor :D

Well Maam (I believe that's how we should now address you!!!!!)

    Congratulations on your 3000th post.

Thanks for understanding - it is so hard sometimes.

    Have a great day!
