fedupandskint don't worry about your wobble. Think of the plus side that it wasn't on a cc;) If you needed the clothes then you shouldn't feel guilty about buying them.
I have been doing well this week. No naughty purchases. I'm loving reading about everyone's fave products. I have never tried Liz Earle but have heard only good stuff about it. I'm trying hard to resist it and also some of the other faveourite things mentioned. I have been thinking about my own list and have decided on the following.
Skincare
Clinique - All about Eyes
(I know a lot of you don't like Clinique but if you stay away from their [strike]paintstripper [/strike]toner everything else is great;)
Estee Lauder - toner, foaming facial wash and Daywear cream.
Makeup
Mac - Select Teint tinted moisturiser, Strobe lotion, MSF naturals, blusher, any eyeshadow, lipstick, lipglass, brushes.
Clinique - gel eyeliner.
Mascara tends to be whichever freebie I have got with my purchases. I'm afraid to count them:rotfl:
Body
Body Shop Body Butter - there are no words to describe how great this stuff is.
How many Mac addicts have we got here then? I'll do a roll of honour for us:D100 Day Pot £13

My faves are:
*Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish
*Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic
*Liz Earle Skin Repair Moisturiser
*Liz Earle Orangeflower body wash
*Liz Earlie Body Scrub (anyone spotting a theme here!?!)
Need to find a body moisturiser that I like, using a Boots Botanicals one atm, but fancy a change
Things to avoid:
*Ojon hair stuff - smells like poo! (Sorry to those that like it, thats just what I think)
Another day done and nothing on the banned list bought
Sx
Forgot Trevor Sorbie shampoo and conditioner (although I can buy it at Boots and use my points!)'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0 -

Try it & report back. Ooh no, now I'm enabling! Ok, another tack - ask one of the lovely staff in Lush for a sample in a pot to try at home. See, a no spend solution! :rotfl:
Thanks for the info on the Ultrabland, Lucycat :T . Next time I'm in Lush I'm going to get a sample to try. Before the Challenge I would have just rushed out and bought a big pot without trying it first!
I used Liz Earle C+P religiously for ages (and recommended it to loads of friends as well!) but then last year my eyes became really sensitive and watery and just about everything, including C+P, set them off, which is why I switched to the Neal's Yard balm. But I still think it's a great cleanser and seems to suit most people. Don't think there's anything special about the LE muslin cloths though, I've used it with a face flannel before and also with old muslins from when my little boy was a baby, and couldn't tell any difference!I was a Clarins girl at one point too but seem to have drifted - everything suited me for ages and then I got what I think was an 'off' tube of handcream - it smelled dreadful & had a very weird consistency, and I think that put me off the whole lot, once I started to think of shelf-life, etc.
I bought some Clarins handcream for a present once (think it was called Jeunesse de mains or something) and it smelled awful. I thought it was meant to smell like that, but perhaps it was off. Yuk! Really you've no way of knowing how long things have been on the shelf if they have no dates on.0 -
