Another day and nothing bought..... that might have something to do with the fact that I haven't left the house today, and have even slept for 2 1/2 hrs on the sofa'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0

Never mind, Fedup. So you fell off the wagon - just climb right back on again! If none of us had wobbles or near-misses, we wouldn't be human and we wouldn't all be here supporting each other. Be positive and put it behind you.
Next time you're tempted you could use that set to paint your nails - makes it much harder to use the phone!! :rotfl:Grocery challenge: Jun£134.15/£120; Jul £60.90/£1200 -

Still sticking to it. Mind you I've hardly been out the flat except to get milk in the last week. Too busy nesting (apparently). In fact thinking about it carefully I haven't bought anything except milk and bread since Saturday:A26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

A little update from me today about how I feel. Firstly let me say 'Aw thanks everyone' for the support and saying it was normal to have a lapse (you think I should know this already) :A
I feel really upset with myself about ordering the set from QVC. I can't decided whether to send it back and pay P+P, keep it or try and sell it on ebay where these gift sets have been v.popular when I sold my other 2 that I did not use either.
:j Positively I have used up a Liz Earle shower gel I have had for over 12mths, and a Clientele neck cream pot I have had for as long as the shower gel
Next on the using up list is Philosophy Hope in a Jar, Phillip Kinglsey Elasicizer, another Liz Earle nourishing mask then a small Eve Lom mask and Gayle Hayman moistusing Mask.
With all of these things you would think my skin would be the illuminated, blemish free porcelain beauty? I don't think so....the skin on my neck is not different, my chest is small spotty overload, hair no different with Ojoin shampoo and conditioner
It is making me think what is actually worth buying when the challenge is over or in the next challenge when I run out of something......no more Ojoin, Gayle Hayman for sure and probably Phillip Kingsley.
The only things I think are ok are L' Occitane and some Delceor and Philosophy which I still have plenty to work through.

Me too, Fedup. Now I haven't bought any toiletries or skincare for 3 weeks, I'm wondering why I ever felt the need to buy so many in the first place.Even when this challenge is over, I'm going to be far more selective in what I buy. I don't want to think about how much money I've wasted over the years.
Why don't you keep the set from QVC, but save it for someone's birthday present?0
