  • Thanks Magni.... I have a whole cupboard full of stuff to use up.... the same with the cleaning products! I want to go OS/green with my cleaning stuff, so there will be a lot of chemicals flying around in the next couple of weeks!

Now, just need to make room in my sig for the challenge......

  • Hi everyone:hello:
Is it too late to join? I can do the 92 day challenge :o

My big weakness is bath/shower/beauty stuff, especially Liz Earle (not too cheap!), not that you know to look at me :p

Mmmmnnnnn - Liz Earle stuff is LUSH!!! Just finished a skin repair this morning and can't wait to crack open a new one tonight (my last one in stock)! Oh my!

Ordered the ding-dong you-know-what last night and, as promised, had removed all personal items for me - did get DD shampoo and conditioner as she is nearly out - and they were only a pound each. And I have defo decided to give it up :j Did not order new books - I've already got 2 sets and I can't return 'em for a refund, so I will use these and that's it. I am quite excited to be stopping - I just think it'll be such a weight off not to be faced with all that temptation every couple of weeks... :D

Oooooo, did not think of it that way! It will be nice not to feel guilty when the parcel arrives... even if the contents are heavenly! This is gonna be HARD!!!

    Hello everybody,

I haven't been out of the house today and so I haven't had to resist temptation, which is a relief .:T

I have used up a travel size mouthwash and once again am saving the bottle so I decant some more mouthwash into it when I go travelling. It was the alcohol kind of mouthwash that feels like it's taking the enamel off your teeth, , only another 500ml to go and then I can get back on the nice stuff. :D

My boxes are looking much neater already. :j

Thanks for adding me. So far i have been good. Magazines are usually my down fall, i usually pick them up as an impulse buy when i'm bored so today when i finish work i'll pick up our free magazine (somerfield) to read, then when i go to town on fri of mon i'll pick up boots magazine too.

    Total NSD :j
Started sorting out one of the 'toiletries' boxes - probably enough for 200/300 days at least!
Looking short on the conditioner front, but still got 3 other places to check:rolleyes:
If it wasn't for postage costs I'd suggest getting some swaps going!

As well as trying to slim into some of my clothes that have never seen the light of day I am going to get out the sewing box and repair what I've got.

I will be debt free one day!
  • I've got a dilemma - help!

My challenge is magazines, but a couple of days ago I added books to the list too. NOw, I've just read an email saying I can get Martin's Thrify ways book free, just pay P&P (£3.65).

Although it's a book, technically it's free ;) - I'm so torn lol. What would you do?

Here's the link for those who aren't supposed to be giving up books:
