100 Day Challenge Take 2

Lots of temptation for me today, but to my amazement I managed to resist both the mags in Sainsbury's (deliberately avoided the magazine aisle, and then they had heat! on the till, gah!), and then in Boots (returning some toiletries!) I came within a hair's breadth of buying a fab makeup palette that was down to 1/2 price in the sale - but then I thought of you all and regained control of myself!
It was deeply gorgeous, but I *have* deeply gorgeous, and I don't use half of it, even after my massive pre-Christmas clear-out (and subsequent re-stocking in the Boots sale on the 27th...*sigh*)
Keep the faith, gang! :T0 -
I've been good so far - only got a free Asda mag yesterday so that doesn't count. Thought I'd step my challenge up a bit and add books to my efforts - I just can't resist them even though I have enough unread books here to last me 30 years (and that's even if I read one a week lol)
Wish me luck!!

Hi, well I managed to do the months shop without buying any of my "not allowed" items lol, I am so proud lol. I also put the fiver (or so) that I would have spent on them towards the new P.E kit I bought my girls!!.SP challenge 2009 #539 £200/£13.55

Day 8 and I have not bought coffee on my way to work, or anything for my lunch, having brought lunch in from home instead.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

What is it that makes Heat Magazine so addictive? Also, if my OH decided to buy one for me, then that won't count, because I didn't go in the shop and pick it up etc... Or am I stretching the rules? Oh I don't know anymore...
Too many rules I can bend - lol! But it's all for the good! Think how many trees I'm saving by not buying it!Natwest CC - [STRIKE]£2545[/STRIKE] now £0 :j

Can I be a better late than never joiner please?
I will have managed since Jan 1st by default as I have had 'flu/stomah bug and not visited a shop so far this year:j
No [STRIKE]7[/STRIKE] no no get a grip...No1..
NO TOILETRIES or MAKE UP:eek:
My stash is so bad it goes back to when I was a 'ding dong' sales manager 19 years ago:eek:
I have some lovely sets of shower/bath products bought as presents over the last 4? years and it will be great to finish other things off and start with the full matching range.
As has been said... should be glowing in 100 days just using up what I've got and can look forward to [STRIKE]clutter free[/STRIKE] less cluttered home:j
No 2. Not buy chocolate - no hardship for a while as given the aforementioned stomach bug still have loads left!
No 3. No clothes..if I also don't eat chocolate I have enough smaller clothes that should last me for about 1,000 days, let alone 100!
Would really like to add no booze, but think I might not manage that one:beer: , although DH & I have made a pledge to limit trips to the local...saying that he left 2 hours ago for a quick pint:eek:
Keep it up folks

Hi everyone:hello:
Is it too late to join? I can do the 92 day challenge
My big weakness is bath/shower/beauty stuff, especially Liz Earle (not too cheap!), not that you know to look at me
I will pledge not to buy any shampoo/conditioner, body lotions, skincare or bath/shower stuff unless I've absolutely run out..... and even then I will only buy one unless its on a multibuy...... does that reflect the rules?
EDIT: Reading previous posts, that sounds so feeble, so I'll include cleaning stuff, eating chocolate and buying food from work...... *now* I have a chellenge'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0 -
