It's up to you Spendaholic Chick. How much do you want/need the book? I have it and have to say it's excellent;) If this is a great/not to be missed deal then just go for it. It's only £3.65 and I'm sure we'll all forgive you as it's a worthy spend. I'm sure you will get a lot of use out of the book and learn a lot from it. If it's for the greater good in the long run then there is no point in depriving yourself. I hope I have made at least some sense;)100 Day Pot £13

First day and I have survived

Didn't take enough food to work for the day, so now I am sooooo hugry!! Would LOVE to munch some of the many bars of chocolate that are in the fridge, but I am resisting..... for now!
Was also out-bid on a body product on ebay, and I will not be upping that bid - see, I'm learning

Belated thanks for making me member # 50 - end of day 9 and so far have managed to take all food to work, and no cosmetics/toiletries bought despite going in several places where temptation could have got the better of me!!
Will amend my signature to show progress - if I can work it out.0 -
Day 9 done and dusted for me, and I am quite pleased with myself.
Buying the coffee in the morning had become a real problem because I simply can't afford the luxury, and buying lunch instead of taking it in from home was just a ridiculous expense.

Still going strong here. It does help that we went a bit overboard at Christmas, and there's probably enough snacks etc to last until the end of the month. (Due to past medical problems, I no longer absorb salt properly, and get really really bad cravings... Salty crisps & nuts are the only thing that seem to work for me - hence my addiction to them - even if it's just 20 peanuts a day)
Am using up the bath bombs (from lovely lUsh) as OH is away and I can lounge in bath as much as I want! Have found that while they are in the bathroom, I don't need air freshener!!! (Or could that be because OH is away...
)
Off to work now. Can't believe I volunteered for a 5 hour pub shift this afternoon. Must go and find a good book to read for the 3 hours where there'll only be 3 customers... (yes, it really is that quiet!)

Went shopping last night - didn't even go down THAT aisle so managed to avoid temptation! Then got e-mail from my fave shopping channel saying my fave products are coming up next week :eek: !! Oh well, I'll be in bed or at work for most of it! And I'm going to sort out my crates of stuff this weekend so that should be enough to put me off:rotfl: !Grocery challenge: Jun£134.15/£120; Jul £60.90/£1200
