Idea's?? but heres the trick ... nothing baked or with loads of suger because im trying to diet and if i make cakes/pies i always eat them and that doesn't help me lose weight.

There's a whole thread of ideas here :) I'll add this thread to that one later to keep ideas together.

i use bananas instead of sugar in a fruit loaf.

1 cup oats or weetabix or musli
1 cup dried fruit like sultanas
1 cup sugar (i use bananas)
    1 cup milk

mix together (i also put in cinnamon) and leave for a few hours.

Mix in 1 cup SR flour.

bake on 180 for about an hour. i use a loaf tin.

i have it for breakfast with a bit of butter on.

Does the recipe not need any eggs or fat?
I didn't want to make it only to find you'd forgotten to add these ingredients to the recipe!!
If it is as you say, it would be so healthy without the added sugar, eggs and fat. I'll definitely be making it. YUM!
