cheers miemie my first pm i'll look through the details tomorrow when ive got more time but looks good.
Ive sold another book on greenmetropolis for £3 and ive swiped a large stamp off a letter that came through so hopefully that'll keep the postage costs down. Royal mail really must make sure their franking machines are workin properly i seem to get loads of 'free' stamps this way!
Went to Thi CHi last night which was good-quite hard actually it wasn't the easy cop out excersise i thought it would be

hey cocalls nice thread, good to see someones daily routine on saving money :)

as for the unfranked stamps, your postman needs to pay more attention, i have to cross out so many of these when doing my deliveries, just a quick scribble of the pen stops my customers getting free stamps.

get a lot of "large letter" stamps that havnt been franked aswell,.. they must be losing a fortune,... thus the reason i try to save royal mail some money.

oops feeling a little guilty now as Royal Mail need all the help they can get! So don't want to see it de-nationalised.

We've gone with B&Q for our bathroom as alot of people have been telling us that £2400 is a good deal-paid £50 deposit last night as wanted to get the 10% off they're doing over the weekend. i will take the day off when they fit it and watch them like hawk though!

Not a lot going on for me today OH is going at 7 to drive down to London to watch his team play and get their cup & staying the night-you'd never think we were trying to save money the amount he wants to spend it!

Probabally wont manage a no spend day as im meeting my mum, gran & aunt in town but i'll keep it down to a minimum.
Now ive joined up to the bingo site beginning with L deposited 10.01 as quidco are doing a £10 cash back if you put in more than £10 but you must play half of it in 3 days to get the £10 i think i won 50p on the scratchcards and they gave me a £11 bonus for joining um what do i do now do i play my £5 in the hope that i win something? Im a little confused by it!!

When you do the scratch cards i scratched 3 images off didnt know what to do nxt so carried on scratching until id scrached everything off and it said id won 50p surely thats not right is it?

sorry mie mie didnt answer your que hopefully bathrrom should be fitted in 6-7 wks

managed to talk mum out of meeting for lunch and she's coming round here instead-cue a big tidy up!

Ive been trying to sort out my clothes as ive been given a load by my mum & aunt and i want to sell some in the car boot sale but im one of those people whos weight goes up and down -im up at the mo 11st3 which at 5ft7 is probabally too much. Therefore, do i get rid of the clothes i cant fit into anymore? (realisticly i haven't worn some for 8 yrs ha ha!!) just accept im not a twenty something anymore or try and loose the weight to get back into them? Such a quandrary. One skirt that i used to love i cant even get over my hips! I do have an underactive thyroid which im taking medication for so its quite hard for me to loose weight (but im also lazy & a greedy pig which doesn't help either ha ha) Car boot is in a couple of weeks need to have a serious talk with myself before then.

Right off to the po to post the book ive sold

Hi cocalls yes you did right scratching off all the images.
Do you have to play the £5 through bingo or can you use it on scratchcards i usually play scratchcards as seem to win better with them that could just be me and i usually stick to the same one that is free, think it's up to you really if you play the £5 you will still be £5 up from quidco if that makes sense.
