Hello all,
My internet connection has been on and off for a few months , so to be honest i know i havnt spent much on clothes since my last post , but from memory here goes:
I went away last week so treated myself to:
2 t- shirts from primark £4.80
1 pair of linen pants from New look which i love - cos they fit me perfectly compared to others £15.00 2 tops that were on special offer so £6.00 for two.
I have also purchased a few bits off Ebay including a pair of 3/4 pants , hoodie jacket which i am not including as i sold my clothes on Ebay to pay for them and still had change
Also for the first time ever when i did a car boot recently {again selling mine and dd s clothes } i bought a pair of jeans for a £1.00 which fit me great and dd a couple of outfits for £2.00 ish, Again im not counting these cos i sold our clothes which paid for these;)
Im definately going to look for more bargains on car boot sales now to keep my spending down , and if they dont fit well -you can always sell them on again , its fab !!
To add to dd's total a top and summer dress on sale in Debenhams total spend £13.60Ebay Bag A Day Challenge 2012- :staradmin

I still havent spent any money on clothes. I was going to get a new outfit for my dads 70th but have decided against it. Dont really think he is going to be concerned with what outfit I am wearing when i have travelled 2000kms to be with him for his big day. Anyway i am skint so even if I wanted to, I cant.:DThailand 3010/15000 20150

Since I've last been on here, I've streamlined and almost capsulised my wardrobe and am feeling very good about it. However, I've just made my first spend out of my £50 - on a red trenchcoat/ mac coat (£18 Primarni) and a white vest top with buttons (good for layers - £2 Primarni).
For my new red mac - I also spent £6 on new buttons for it to make it a little more 'me'. Does this need to come out of my budget or can this just be counted as gok-like genius (please say the latter!) Ta muchly:beer:0 -
I'm still waiting for M&S sale
BUT
we're off on holiday for three weeks soon (19 days but I'm not really counting), but I've got a major gap in my wardrobe - holiday clothes like dresses/ something smart for the evening etc.
I think this calls for my 'emergency' money as there is no wedding/ posh party on the horizon!I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -

Hi all, well hanging my head in total shame as i have failed the challenge for me and ds1! I had no summer clothes that fitted me and i totally went over, plus i bought my son alot of clothes from ebay and next for the next yr as he went up a size. feel really bad about it, he needed new school sweatshirts too, they only had one second hand one for 50p at school so i ended up buying 3 new ones for £7.95 each!
Haven't spent on hubby tho and only about £15 on ds3, so will now slink away in shame!I am going to try my hardest not to buy anymore this year now, normally i'd but ds1 s clothes ahead in the summer and winter sales but am going to miss that this yr as i always buy too much, next yr it will be primark and asda , he lives in his uniform most of the time anyway1 Oh yes and he needed a bigger judo suit and that wasn't cheap! Sorry guys but keep up the good work you are doing fantastically.grocery challenge jan 17 £ / 350.000 -
Aww dobs, don't be too hard on yourself. I think this challenge would be difficult with yound children who are growing.
Pop back every now and then to see how we are doing. I can get through summer now, autumn/winter is going to be more difficult as I am desparate for some new clothes for these seasons. Will have to ask for clothes as presents fr my birthday later in the year to get through!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
